Amy Morris: Managing Director

Amy Morris PortraitAmy is in charge of operations at Winding Snake and leads all of its projects as the Principle Project Manager.

 

After gaining a degree in History Amy spent 9 years working as a Project Planner and Events and Administration Manager for a global consultancy firm.

 

In 2009 Amy gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and subsequently joined BAFTA award winning Cinetig as their Project Manager.

After much success delivering projects funded by First Light, the Arts Council of Wales, the Heritage Lottery Fund, Film Nation: Shorts, the Film Agency for Wales and the Sustainable Development Fund in 2011 Amy set up Winding Snake Productions with Jane Hubbard.

 

Three things you should know about Amy:

 

1. She is an award winning Workshop Leader.

 

2. She still works as a freelance Events Manager from time to time for the right client.

 

3. She loves her cat.
